It's January again and most are setup to do exactly what they did last January - nothing.

When everyone around you is sick, fat, popping pills and getting worse, a decision has to be made...

While desire is required, it's the disgust with where you are that sets the desire in motion.

Who the told you it was flu season? More importantly, why did you listen?

The average should be left to do average things. The rest of us should remember that we can't live like everybody else.

What happens when we keep missing the games being played and the lessons that follow? Life has to hit harder and longer. 

We stay crying about what "they" are doing. We point out the lies, the discrepancies and the harm that has been done for decades, yet we still blindly follow. No questions asked.

So who's really to blame here? The system or the people who actively support and participate in it?

Humans seem to be in a battle with the body. Afraid of any sign of illness and willing to eliminate symptoms by any means necessary. So far it's not going too well.

Don't you think it's time to ask what's the difference between illness symptoms and illness causes? 

Every soul is on its own journey and that includes your mother and father. Justify your grievances if you must, just remember there are consequences to harboring hate in your heart.

We all have two options in life, stay where you are or rise tf up.

You must give your life meaning, a reason to look forward, and a purpose worth fighting for. Remember not only your hopes and dreams but why they mattered to begin with.
