Instead of panicking, Ashley Ploussard, Dan Knapp and Camie Cragg came together to re group and strategize what it is that we must do to continue to give at the greatest level. 12 hours later we had a Digital CCF platform that turned the scary thought of not being able to be at the gym all go away with our home presence via computer online LIVE workouts!
We are in a place that our country has never experienced or seen. There is a choice to be made and it is to choose to see it in fear or see it in light. To be smart, educated and safe, yet not fearful!
Gratitude is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.
As we live in the world of "I" the complete gratifying moments in life are when we see beyond self and more towards others!
It’s a time to really ask yourself what does your gratitude feel like? Where does it come from? And how often do you share your gratitude?
Gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. People feel and express gratitude in multiple ways and it is a known fact that if one can express gratitude to others more often, then these feelings of happiness will be heightened.
Enjoy the arena of getting to know your gratitude and where you send this energy of love!
