Mit Proxmox gibt es seit geraumer Zeit eine vielversprechende Virtualisierungssoftware auf Basis des KVM-Hypervisors. Dabei läuft Proxmox häufig unter dem Radar: vielen ist das Tool nicht bekannt. Gerade jetzt, wo die Zukunft des Platzhirschs VMware vSphere ESXi ungewiss ist und auch Red Hat kürzlich RHV abgekündigt hat, wird Proxmox relevanter denn je.
