You freed us

From a land of affliction

You made your sanctuary

In our midst

The sea looked and fled .

The river turned back 

We crossed the Jordon

Onto dry land

Tremble, all the earth

Tremble, for God is here

 

You speak, and all creation

hears your command

Rocks pour out their water

On a thirsty land
