November 15, 2023 Exodus & Prophecy
I know it's a weird place to start, but trust me. Exodus and prophecy have a lot in common.

October 28, 2023 Was the Exodus a Colonizer Story?
“But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.”
📚Leviticus 19:34 KJV
With the war in Israel/Palestine intensifying, my original episode kept getting overwritten with the question of wether the formation of ancient Israel was a colonizer story and how I felt about what happened then vs. what is happening now. This is a sensitive and nuanced topic so I did my best to articulate the thoughts that have been going in my head this month. If you get nothing else from this episode: I am angry that Christians and believers in the Most High have relegated real human lives, terror, and destruction to "is it prophetic?" without any regard to the real humans suffering right now.

September 23, 2023 What’s Going to Happen Next
“When you enter into battle in your land against an adversary who is attacking you, sound short blasts on the trumpets, and you will be remembered before the Lord your God and be saved from your enemies.”
📚 Numbers 10:9 CSB
A lot of people are scared to talk about prophecy, but as believers prophecy should be good news to us. This season we're going to explore the beauty of prophecy; we're leaving fear-mongering and anxiety behind.
In this episode I mention the Feast Days: Check out my previous episodes on the feast days for more...

September 02, 2023 The Daniel Fast Pt. 2
"8 But Dani’el resolved that he would not defile himself with the king’s food or the wine he drank, so he asked the chief officer to be excused from defiling himself. 12 “Please! Try an experiment on your servants — for ten days have them give us only vegetables to eat and water to drink."
📚 Daniel 1:8,12 CJB
There's so much more I need to say about the Daniel Fast! So, here we are for part 2 of a conversation I started back in Season 1.

August 23, 2023 The Tower Of Babel
"Adonai said, “Look, the people are united, they all have a single language, and see what they’re starting to do! At this rate, nothing they set out to accomplish will be impossible for them! Come, let’s go down and confuse their language, so that they won’t understand each other’s speech.”"
📚 Genesis 11:6-7 CJB
What is a whole season discussing communication without discussing the Tower of Babel? In this episode we're diving in to Genesis 11 and talking about how the confusion of language affects us today.

August 05, 2023 The Gossiping Christian
"You are not to repeat false rumors; do not join hands with the wicked by offering perjured testimony."
📚 Exodus 23:1 CJB
Have you ever been the topic of a rumor? It doesn't feel good. But if we're honest, we've also all been spreaders of rumors too. It's a vicious cycle where no one wins. Since we're talking about communication this week, we have to talk about gossip too.

July 15, 2023 Jonah 4: The Unmerciful Believer
"You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye!"
📚 Matthew 7:5 NASB
Did you know the reason Jonah avoided Nineveh was because he didn't want them to be forgiven? Jonah ends up throwing a temper tantrum after finding out God has forgiven the people of Nineveh who have repented from their ways at Jonah's behest. Shouldn't he have been happy? Believers today aren't that different -_-

"So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath;"

June 15, 2023 Financial Modesty
"9 Honor the Lord from your wealth,
And from the first of all your produce;
10 Then your barns will be filled with plenty,
And your vats will overflow with new wine."
-Proverbs 3:9-10 NASB
What does modesty even mean? Let's talk about our responsibility as believers when it comes to finances.

June 08, 2023 Communicating Your Faith
"14 What use is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone says he has faith, but he has no works? Can that faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that? 17 In the same way, faith also, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself."
-John 2:14-17 NASB
How do you communicate your faith? Sharing the Gospel with people is a lot more than just speaking words or passing out tracts.
