In today's snappy little ep I've probably laughed the most that I've laughed in a while...which is sad really, because it's really just me talking to myself and then laughing at myself isn't it. Hmm... 

We start off with an update from Savannah, then, get this, I have an exercise that you can do which will help you kind of see yourself in one of the ways that I see spirits. I know that doesn't really make sense, but it will. To finish off, I tell you about a new little psychic skill I've been practising, which I call channeling.

HELLO FROM CANADA MY BEAUTIFUL LISTENERS!!! Just a warning - I'm extra excitable today... And that's all down to the fact that I'm recording for the first time in my new home, Canada!

In today's episode I share all the nitty gritty details of the night I booked into one of Auckland's boutique hotels, The Convent, out of convenience, but didn't find out that it was a known haunted building before it was too late. The Convent was (surprise, surprise) a convent, turned halfway house that was suspiciously burned down. It has now been refurbished and is a swanky wee spot for a stay in Auckland's Grey Lynn. Pray for past Lyd!

Hi my beautiful listeners!! In today's episode I chat to you about the first two times I followed the guidance of the dream I described in episode 5, where my spirit guides showed me a ritual that allowed me to open up my mind and let spirits in. I call it - opening my 'mind hat'. I felt very vulnerable recording today's episode as it's not something I've heard about anywhere else, so please just keep that in mind and continue to be kind (not that I'd expect anything less).
