James Gottfurcht, Ph. D., is an internationally recognized money coach and keynote speaker. He is President of Psychology of Money Consultants, a Los Angeles firm, where he coaches financial service and mental health professionals and helps individuals and couples in his specialty. He is a pioneer in the field and has been practicing for over thirty years. In 1982, he developed The Psychology of Money Profile which is a standard and is used with professionals and the public to assess ten psychological money skills associated with financial success. He is also a clinical psychologist specializing in challenges with money, career, relationships, and stress. He is a popular media guest who has appeared on Good Morning America, CNN, and the BBC and in Time, Newsweek, BusinessWeek, Fortune, Forbes, etc. He is on the faculty of UCLA Extension and the College of Executive Coaching. He has also written a chapter in Dr. Stephen Covey's and Dr. Ken Blanchard's book, Blueprint for Success.
