In this episode, we're joined by Life and Style Coach and Celebrity Fashion Stylist William Graper. We often hear that a beautiful life starts from within... but that’s only half true. As human beings, we are subject to the material world which inevitably shapes who we are— and how we feel about ourselves. By looking outside and working our way in, we can effect change in a more tangible, practical way.
Blending fashion and psychology, William Graper brings a unique perspective to personal growth and mental health. Everyday people, celebrities, CEOs, pro athletes and LGBTQ+ youth— clients from all walks of life— have benefitted from his creative and therapeutic approach.
Currently completing his Masters in Psychology at Pepperdine University, William takes an active-directive approach to coaching, rooted in philosophically and empirically-based principles. Having styled people’s outsides for over a decade, he looks forward to helping you style your life— in a more lasting and meaningful way.
William shares with us his move from fashion to coaching, what he's learnt about style and our inner lives and insecurities from his time as a stylist and his thoughts on how we can style our own life and how our material possessions can provide us with valuable information about ourselves.

In this episode, we're joined by Environmental Psychologist and Wellbeing Consultant Lee Chambers. Lee is, in many ways, a renegade of an Environmental Psychologist. He is not steeped in research, he has spent his time trying to understand elements of physiology after losing the ability to walk. This has taken him on a journey to attempt to influence our working environments, a place where we spend countless hours carrying out specific tasks. By using critical thinking about spaces, places, and how people interact with them, he has become a Wellbeing Consultant.
Lee uses multidisciplinary theories to integrate regenerative practices into workplaces, his mission is to make where we work a place that energises us, rather than drains us. He combines environmental psychology assessments with both physical and mental health workshops, designed to build employee awareness around sleep, nutrition, mindset, and habits.
Losing his ability to walk changed Lee's worldview completely, and propelled him on a journey to understand how we, as humans, can optimise our bodies and our minds. He has worked in the Private Sector, the Public Sector, and in Elite Sports.
Lee shares some fantastic tips for shifting your mindset and overcoming challenges. Because, as he says, if you believe you can, you can. When he lost the ability to work he set himself the challenge of being back on his feet and walking when his newborn daughter was walking. Having a powerful why helped spur him on and he was back on his feet after 11 months.
This episode is jam-packed full of content so definitely one not to miss!

Through a long-held love of the arts, she established One World Community Arts Network, a community project celebrating cultural diversity through music. In this episode we're joined by Award Winning Author Robert Crown. After living through the experiences described in his Award Winning book, Suffering Ends When Awakening Begins, Robert succeeded in breaking the patterns of dysfunction that had been a part of his family for generations. Robert was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Despite a challenging youth when he faced his own near-death and the death of a loved one, he overcame his trials and learned the importance of helping his family, friends, and those around him. As an adult, Robert has volunteered in community service organizations and has worked with youth and seniors. He has also served on the board of directors of his local chamber of commerce. His curiosity and love of travel have taken him to Japan six times. He is married to his beautiful wife Lynn, and together they have four beautiful children whom he teaches to think for themselves and to use their thoughts to create the lives they want. He still lives in the Chicago area, where he has owned and operated a residential real estate brokerage for sixteen years.
One year after publishing Suffering Ends When Awakening Begins, Robert was awarded a Bronze Medal in Readers' Favorite 2018 International Book Awards. Becoming an International Award Winning Author was not a goal for Robert, nor was it ever a thought. His intention for his book from the first word and the only reason he wrote it, was to give people hope, faith, and courage to overcome the challenges they face in their own life. It seems that his intention has been imbued into his book, by the extremely positive responses he has been receiving. It brings Robert great joy to be able to have an impact and improve the quality of someone's life even if it's in some small way. For this, he is genuinely grateful.
In this episode Robert shares his story of overcoming a traumatic childhood, the power of our thoughts and how we can create the lives we want through changing our vibration. We also dive into our relationship with the divine and how we perceive God/higher power/source.

In this episode, we're joined by Intuition Coach Nikole Stanfield from Intuition Coaching. Sometimes it can be really hard to tell if the things we are doing in our lives are actually toxic to our health, especially mental health. This was something Nikole really struggled with as an entrepreneur and she knows it led her to burnout in 2018.
Part of Nikole's recovery included creating a healthy work-life balance as an entrepreneur to live the lifestyle that she wanted.
As a Coach, now Nikole helps successful online entrepreneurs who feel unfulfilled and struggle to get out of bed in the morning to create a work-life balance that they love so they can actually enjoy time with their families, reconnect with their passion, and take a vacation without feeling guilty.
Nikole joins us in this episode to discuss burnout - what is it? How can we recognise the signs in ourselves? And how can we avoid it? We discuss the importance of boundaries for our self-care, taking time for yourself and the 3 signs of burnout.
You can connect with Nikole on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or via her website.

To know Estelle's story is to understand the inextinguishable fire burning in her music. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes , Estelle has taken the perilous ascent from rock bottom, and used the story of her life to create an empowering experience with her music. Estelle's vision has now burst into life with My Name Is Freedom, her debut EP, the fruit of a challenging journey to the land of dreams, California.
Estelle learned early on that music provided refuge from a life harrowed by oppression and violence, where her voice was silenced and her speech stolen. She was first rescued by the piano, which she learned to play at age 5. Music continued to provide escape as she studied the saxophone and became an avid dancer, before she truly found her voice at 26 when she began formal opera training. Her passion for music, the inspiration she found from frequent visits to South Africa and her eventual move to the U.S. set the stage for the songs she writes today.
As soon as she moved to California’s Bay Area in 2013, Estelle knew she belonged. Oakland’s energy, its diverse population and the absence of prejudice and judgment among people of so many backgrounds and cultures energised her, suggesting the name by which she is known today: Estelle California. “California is the home, the family, the love I could have ever dreamed of having. I will be forever grateful I met you, California.”
Estelle joins us to share her story of finding her voice, why our names hold so much value and how music and spirituality has helped her to heal and learn to shine.
