The universe is literally always listening to your thoughts so first step, STOP COMPLAINING.

We didn't come to this weird little world to be annoyed, pissed off, or to dread every single day that we wake up. We're here to explore, learn, love, be loved, be happy, have fun, and TRUST. So much of this comes down to just some mf trust.

When you focus on the things that are going wrong over and over again, you're going to get more of that. And when you focus on how lovable, kind, and successful you are, that's exactly what you're going to get.

I was listening to Abraham Hicks more this week and there was one self love episode that really really hit me(I'll link it below don't you worry). I was already going to speak about affirmations, but this just added another amazing layer on top. This was such a fun episode to record. Don't we all need a reminder from time to time that it's not necessary to constantly correct or be hard on ourselves? That we are still good even if we're in bed all day and can't seem to "get it together"?

Even if you don't watch thru the whole video, at least read this part. The universe (God, Source, whatever you wanna call it) doesn't give a hoot if you get out of bed or run as hard as you can. You are loved anyways. Entirely, fully, no questions asked, you are good. You are the embodiment of love.
