PuckPedia is one of the best websites around to understand the intricacies of the salary cap and so much more, and Hart Levine came on the podcast to talk about starting the site, building it out as Capfriendly went away, the new CBA and so much more. Plus, you can hear his thoughts on what the Panthers might do as Matthew Tkachuk might need to be on LTIR for an extended period of time.
