Welcome back to Bristol Cove! In ep 1x06, "Showdown",  Ryn tries to make peace with her sister. The two make-up, but it doesn't seem that they'll ever view humans in quite the same manner. At least not when it comes to trusting Ben and Maddie. Our titular siren, however, is very much on board with luring in Decker and getting revenge for what he did to her sister. Elsewhere, Ben appears to be having a positive influence on his father's company and its treatment of the environment. Go, Ben!

Hit play and listen in as Brad and Cort break down this week’s all-new episode, “Showdown”. Previously it appeared that Maddie was feeling the same pull as Ben when it comes to Ryn. This week, Ben and Decker both find themselves pulled away from the gala and following the Siren's song. Was Ryn focusing on Ben and called him as well or it is not that specific? Could anyone who has heard the Siren's song be lured by the song of any mermaid? How involved do you think Ben's family is when it comes to capturing mermaids? Welcome back, Kandorians. In ep 1x06, "Civil Wars," Adam Strange reveals the shocking truth. Lyta is the mother to General Zod himself. The twists just keep coming and we cannot get enough. Seg is not very happy with his new time-traveling buddy when he finds out the truth about Krypton's fate. With all the talk about saving Seg's future grandson, he never did mention the fact that Krypton explodes in a few hundred years. Oops. Clearly, Seg joins with Lyta and her son's plan to save Kandor from Brainiac.

Join Brad and Cort as they break down this weeks episode of The Crossing

Welcome back, Kandorians. In ep 1x05, "House of Zod," Jayna finds herself at war with her need to uphold her family's honor and saving Lyta from execution. Thankfully, Jayna relents at the last moment and aligns herself with House Vex. She decides to help Nyssa with the plan to overthrow the Voice of Rao. Adam teams up with a newly freed Lyta to rescue Seg-El.  Lyta's lover briefly escapes his captors, but finds himself strapped back to that chair once more.

Hit play and listen in as Brad and Cort break down this week’s all-new episode, "House of Zod." Okay, what's the deal with Lyta's son from the future? Did he travel to the past on a Zeta-Beam like Adam Strange or are there some other timey-wimey things happening? What did Riker mean when he said that Seg's new friend was their key to stopping Brainiac?  We didn't get to see the Voice of Rao this week, but that confrontation between whatever he's become and his disloyal subjects has to be coming soon, right? This week's all-new episode, "Pax Americana" finds Reece in a world of trouble. She's got a pack of mercenaries on her tail. She's been shot and she still hasn't found Leah. She's not having the best trip to the "Long Peace" ever. Also, she's gotta be aware that Leah's illness might be surfacing again. By episode's end, she takes very drastic measures to get her kid back. Elsewhere, Hannah no longer feels safe in the camp after it becomes apparent that someone knows about a secret from her past. Caleb is rightly suspicious of the things the refugees are being told about their future in the camp.

Welcome back to Bristol Cove! In ep 1x05, "Curse of the Starving Class",  The girls return from their home under the sea. They need help because something is making their food sources scarce. Ryn knows that she can trust her human friends, but Donna didn't have the best experience the last time she was on land. She is understandably cautious around Ben, Maddie, and Helen. The latter makes an interesting revelation when she finds herself alone with Donna. "I'm one of you."

Hit play and listen in as Brad and Cort break down this week’s all-new episode, “Curse of the Starving Class”.  What exactly is Ben's mother up to? How about that friendly(?) smooch between Ryn and Maddie. Our Siren has missed her friends and is glad to be back with them. They're her landlocked family. Chris returns to Bristol Cove when it seems that he's in the clear. Wonder what that next meeting between him and Donna will look like. He does think she's a murderer. Then there's Decker who finally makes his way into Bristol Cove. They really plan on filling up all of those tanks with mermaids. Give us a listen and then be sure to drop a comment or in our Facebook group with your thoughts on Ep 1×05, “Curse of the Starving Class”. You can also send us an email at [email protected].

Ryn isn’t reacting very well to being away from the ocean for so long. Still she is intent on reuniting with her sister. Speaking of...the other mermaid henceforth known as Donna makes her escape from the facility with help from a very injured Chris.
