On October 30, a couple of upstate New York parents asked their 11-yr-old seventh grader what he learned in school that day...they never expected the answer the young man gave them.

The boy showed mom and dad the "Gender Identity" booklet handed out by the guest speaker -- a person with no gender. The booklet contained information and concepts the concerned father claimed were not what the school should be teaching.

Dad made a Facebook video to explain his displeasure...it went viral and hundreds of parents showed up at school, demanding action be taken to stop this kind of program from being taught.

The health teacher was placed on administrative leave.

When Mike heard about the rules Congress has written to deal with allegations of sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior, he had to rant.
