Purple Shadow' more a 'black eye' for GOP's war on "woke"⁠

A Cobb County elementary teacher has been on administrative leave since March for reading an innocuous book ("My Shadow Is Purple" LISTEN HERE) to her 5th grade honor students - a book one of those students bought at a book fair and a book the students voted on for her to read. So why's she in trouble? An "anti-woke" "divisive concepts" law hastened through the General Assembly and signed into law by Governor Brian Kemp. 

Her attorney, Craig Goodmark, and the president of the Cobb County Association of Educators, Jeff Hubbard, join the show to help me understand why this teacher is in such a precarious position.

"Election integrity" is a buzz-phrase garnering headlines again after recent studies alarm many to potential hacking vulnerabilities. So why isn't Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger wavering ⁠at all? Good question; Susan Greenhalgh senior advisor on election security for Free Speech for People believes paper ballots are the answer. She's on to discuss.
