We all know that good lifestyle design starts with some goal setting, but using wrong frameworks and strategies on setting goals can be a setback.  I was looking back on some of the goals I made and had a good laugh, "I want to be rich before 30".  Sounds good at surface value but is the goal:

Specific, (when and how am I going to do this?)
Measurable (what does rich look like?),
Attainable, (am I in the right conditions to make it work? Is the timeframe realistic? There might be somethings that I missing)
Relevant (should I be focussing on income-generating while managing a tough course load or wait that out first?)
Time-Bound(yes that is a deadline but are the ones closer?) In this episode, I go through the thought process of setting SMART goals and how to avoid common mistakes.
