For weeks the world has waited to hear Vladimir Putin give his detailed reasoning for the war in Ukraine.  Yesterday they finally heard it when the Russian leader spoke on the May 9th anniversary of his country's defeat of Nazi Germany in 1845.  Brian Stewart gives his take on Putin's speech.
