Doug Weier is a mix engineer based out of Chicago, IL as well as the guitarist for the band We Are Leo. Doug has been producing and engineering for over 10 years, working with high profile names in the Christian industry such as Skillet, Manafest, Crowder, Newboys, and Social Club Misfits.

Doug works with Kingdom Crew, a team of professional mixing and mastering engineers within the Christian industry. Today, he’s going to tell us more about his journey as a mix engineer and give us some great knowledge as well!
