爱为炉火心作炭，他们把冬雪煮热汤，又为梦想织翅膀。他们，就是青岛“笑姐”志愿者团队。成立近20年来，无论酷暑还是严冬，“笑姐”志愿者团队都会组织志愿者进村入户，针对特困家庭面对面送温暖，仅“量体选衣”行动一项，就捐赠冬衣40多万件。
