Sometimes fear can overwhelm us, with no hope of escape. In Psalm 56 David shows us what it means to be in fear, but also walks us through the steps of moving from the captivity of fear to freedom of faith and in our Father, even in the middle of fearful situations. So this begs the question... What are those steps?

詩篇５１篇は、罪を犯してしまったダビデの悔い改めの心のストーリーです。ダビデだけではなく、私たちはみんな失敗します？だからこそ、ダビデの悔い改めは、私たちの悔い改めの助けとなり、ダビデの清められた心は、私たちの心をも清めてくださる神様の豊かなあわれみと恵みを信頼する助けとなるのです。

Psalm 51 is a story that reveals the repentant heart of David after he had committed sin. The truth is David isn't the only one who messes up. We all do. And so his repentance can help us in our repentance, and his restoration can help us to to trust in God's abundant mercy and grace in restoring us as well.

Psalm 48 is one of the psalms that talks about the City of the King, the place where he lives and reigns from, and where he displays his power as well as his kindness to his people. In this psalm, we're going to see how this city points to an even greater city, that if you are in Christ, will one day be your home!

In Psalm 46, we see how God is our refuge and fortress. In this psalm, the writer uses the name Elohim to describe how God sustains us as our refuge. What does that name mean? And how does it show us how we can find refuge in Him?

In the second book of Psalms, we see the royal purple storyline of the King and His people in how He provides for and protects the people who are under his care. We also see the crimson thread of the redeeming grace of the coming King's care.

詩篇３０篇の中で、ダビデは神様が自分をある二つの状況から引き上げてくださったことを証します。それは、神様の誠実さと聖さによって助けられたのです。神様は何から彼を引き上げたのでしょうか？また、ダビデの証から、私達はどのようにして、生活の中で神様のこのような助けを見ることができるでしょうか？
