My guest today is Irene Blanck. She's been designing hand appliqué quilts and patterns since 2007 and she teaches all aspects of needle turn appliqué in her workshops. Her book called FOCUS ON APPLIQUÉ launched her international career in quilting and she has taught extensively across the USA, Europe, and of course in her home country of Australia. Her business is named FOCUS ON QUILTS because she loves the meditative process of her craft and it certainly shows in her beautiful designs.
