Joshua Stamper grew up hating school, however it was his enthusiasm for sports that lead him to teaching. His love for coaching has translated into his role as a teacher and now an administrator. Joshua breaks down his role as an admin, explains what drives him, how he views risk, how he is building trust with his new staff and new students along with why he looks like to implement CHANGE in his school. Episode 49 is a conversation between myself and Randall Keast, currently the head of Global Education and who does not own a cellphone(fun fact!). This was his first ever PODCAST and he did great! This episode is even accompanied by some beautiful birds chirping in the background as Randall recorded while sitting outside on his back porch - summer has arrived! Randall has +30 of teacher experience and shared so many stories about teaching abroad with me while we were recording (you’re gonna wanna listen to them!). What I love most about Randall is that although he is a veteran teacher he is always looking for new ways to engage his students in his classroom. His students are so lucky to have him as he brings so many divers life experiences in the classroom. His future goals are possible to work with Teachers without Borders! How incredible :)

Can we just take a moment to be so thankful for this episode with Tania. Before we even started recording she told me that she had recently received the Prime Minister's Awards for Teaching Excellence and Teaching Excellence in STEM Certificate of Achievement Award, so if that does not make her remarkable I do no know what does?
