In this episode, I was so excited to get the opportunity to chat with Courtney Willis (@courtneyawillis), an NPC Bikini Athlete and Elite Fitness (@elitefitnessbhm) Marketing Director & Lifestyle Coach. We talk all about her journey into bikini competitions and how she really discovered her passion and calling for this sport during a time when she least expected it. We also reminisce on our former passions and how everything always works out the way it's supposed to.
Support the showWelcome back! In this episode, I chat with Alex Grant (@alexgrant.xo), a former Elite Gymnast, one-time bikini competitor, and now Mindfulness + Heart Work Coach. We chat about her experience as a gymnast, what her bikini competition was like, and the guiding principle she uses now: is it helpful or harmful?
