In this episode, I explain how emotional trauma is induced, cultivated, and finally, a way to transcend it. This is a follow up to episode 3 on feelings and emotions, and goes much further in depth surrounding deep seated emotional trauma.
We could all use a thorough walk-through and clean up of the baggage that often keeps us stuck and unable to move forward in our lives.
Enjoy!
On the surface, we all know what feelings or emotions are. But too often we are lead around by our emotions as if they are our master, rather than the other way around. In today's episode, I'm encouraging you to look a bit deeper at these two words, and to learn to use both feelings and emotions to your advantage, rather than as liabilities in achieving the life you desire.
Do you find it difficult to find your place in this world? Do you turn to quick fixes, drugs and alcohol just to get through another day? If so, it is not entirely your fault. A great deal of this challenge rests within collective consciousness and the mind, which are actually one and the same. Tune in to this episode to find out why and how, as well as how to begin to make a shift in your own use of it.
It's time to take charge of our own brains, and to make meaningful contributions to shift the collective mind into sustainable solutions.
This is the premier episode of Queue the Coach, where you will learn about the history of my childhood and what drove me to create this podcast. It is quite long, because there was much to tell, but it is worth a listen so that you can understand what drove me to explore the depths of holistic health and psychology of the human experience.
