I grew up as the "good girl", achieving, performing and unable to receive. After surviving a D V marriage, I spent years rebuilding safety within my body and alchemising disconnection into pleasure in my life, business, motherhood and relationships.
I guide women to deepen their relationship with their body, so they can feel themselves again and live from their pleasure. My trauma informed somatic pleasure alchemy for women blends somatic self-pleasure, tantra, breathwork, k*nk, yoga, nervous system, feminine embodiment and leadership.
