In this podcast, Thomas Domville shows us how to turn on the Mac-like startup and shutdown chimes that are available on all iPhone 14 models.

Note that the chime is limited to the iPhone 14 as it is triggered by the iPhone's bootrom, which is the code responsible for starting the iPhone and is outside of iOS. As the bootrom is read-only and cannot be changed after manufacture, Apple cannot add this startup sound to older iPhones.
