Comparison is the thief of joy, an old saying with a lot of truth. It means constantly comparing ourselves or our circumstances to others can lead to unhappiness and dissatisfaction, causing us not to appreciate the qualities that we ourselves have.
I see this a lot when coaching introverted women leaders, they compare themselves to others and put themselves down in the process. This brings on self-doubt and a lack of self-confidence. And it is stressful.
In this episode, I talk about this and what you should do instead.

I know many people are concerned or worried about the move to do away with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives and programmes. Many see this as being detrimental to achieving equality, justice, and fairness. However, I offer a different perspective and talk about it in this episode.
I also talk about how to embrace the change of facing job loss as a result of organisational change, particularly for those who work in the DEI space whose jobs are currently at threat.
