  • Wasted Scientific Resources
How many times have you spent years revising and tweaking every little word of your paper, just to have it rejected?
Much time and effort in the research process are lost navigating ambiguous reviews that often highlight issues but offer no solutions. Typically, out of three reviews for a paper, only one may provide constructive feedback while the others simply point out flaws.
Contrary to the idealized scientific method, the reality is that much of research is centered on creating influence and compelling narratives. The focus is largely on the tail end—convincing others of your work's significance—rather than on the foundational steps like theorizing, hypothesizing, and testing.
To address this imbalance, we can introduce mechanisms within a R3ciprocity platform that provide clear, actionable feedback. A contractual checklist could be employed, ensuring that fulfilling specific criteria substantially increases a paper's likelihood of acceptance.
Let's transform the scientific landscape by making the review process more transparent and efficient. Support the R3ciprocity platform to bring clarity and efficacy to research process.
Help me create a system in which we have a non-rejectable paper. What would it be like if you knew that if you followed a simple process laid out by the platform that you would have a significant increase in getting your research published?
Think about how much money we would save for universities, and the frustrations that would no longer occur for you.
    Help me change science.

  • Always Choose The Hard Path
People often wonder why some succeed while others don't. I believe a big part of this is a marketing problem that sells us the idea that the world is unfair. While it's true that life isn't always fair, thinking that someone like you has succeeded means you can too.
The misleading part comes from the belief that you can achieve your goals quickly. That's just not the case. Reaching your goals can take many years. If you make it by the time you're 50 or 60, you've likely done things right.

  • I Don’t Fit The Mould
The more I learn about myself, the more I realize that I do not fit that mold at typical #professor.
This uniqueness drives a lot of benefits in my life, and it helps me get a lot of perspective.
However, I also recognize that I’m not much different than anybody else. There’s things that you are experiencing that many other people have felt the same way.
It’s this balance of recognizing your individual differences, and recognizing that these individual differences are often not so unique, that allow you to live a good life.
Go be you. You wonderful person.

  • Getting The Level Of Abstraction In Research
Getting level of abstraction right in the research paper is the hardest part. It’s about getting people to see both ends of what you’re actually looking at. It’s about making sure that you have some thing that is generalizable, but also very specific to what you’re exploring.
I give some tips and thoughts on how to navigate this problem of getting the level of abstraction correct.

  • How do you Will something to happen?
Most things that are worthwhile require a great deal of effort. This means that on a daily basis you’re not gonna feel good actually doing it.? How do you will some thing to happen? You find those things that don’t make you feel good inside, and you addressed them by substituting other things. Finding things that are light hearted and allow you to get up every day.
