Arguably the most important (and overlooked) Jungian concept is the complex. It’s so essential, Jung originally called his body of work Complex Psychology. By grasping complexes, we find how fragmented our minds are and why free will seems impossible in many aspects of our lives. But we’ll also discover how to integrate complexes and restore the psyche to get us closer to individuation.
