Arms deal campaigner, Terry Crawford Browne has continued to throw accusations at senior politicians who are allegedly involved in the leaking of arms deal-related documents. This time around, he alleges ANC stalwart and MP, Winnie Madikizela Mandela, allegedly leaked arms deal documents proving fraud and corruption took place during the acquisition process of the Strategic Defence Procurement Packages. Crawford Browne has been giving evidence at the Arms Procurement Commission in Pretoria. Phumzile Mlangeni has more.

The World Summit of Nobel Laureates which was to have been held in Cape Town later this month, was officially called off by Cape Town Mayor Patricia De Lille. This came after several laureates indicated they would not attend the event because South Africa had refused to grant a visa to their fellow laureate and Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama.
