Families of Esidimeni victims broke down in tears on Wednessday as Gauteng Health Department Chief Director for Planning, Molefi Mosenog apologised for their loss. Mosenogi, who was the project leader responsible for the transfer of mentally-ill patients to unlicensed NGOs, was delivering his closing remarks following two days of testimony and cross-examination at the Life Esidimeni Arbitration hearings in Parktown, Johannesburg.
