Outspoken ANC MP Makhosi Khoza's disciplinary hearing by the ANC in KZN was yesterday postponed for a second time after she and her representative failed to attend the hearing. Khoza had released a statement over the weekend saying the disciplinary process initiated against her is illegitimate and cannot proceed following the Pietermartizburg High Court's decision that declared the eighth ANC provincial elective conference invalid.
