The charges against Thuli Madonsela by Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane for leaking her interview with President Zuma will not fly. This is according to the Claude Leon Foundation Chair in Constitutional Governance at the University of Cape Town, Pierre de Vos. This follows reports that Mkhwebane took the decision to lay charges at the Brooklyn police station in Pretoria after President Zuma lodged a complaint at her office.
