The number of years you have been a Christian does not equal spiritual growth.

There is no automatic growth in the Kingdom of God.

There is a critical ingredient that is a quality of character, and if it’s missing it will be impossible to accomplish anything.

This quality is a qualifier and if you want to encounter promotion with God and in your life you must have this quality active. It is not glamorous, or extremely attractive in a world that loves starting things, always pursuing the new and then never finishing anything.

This quality is faithfulness.

Have you ever heard the phrase “embrace the process”? This is popular in sports and the development world. But what about God’s process?

Why are so many unclear stuck, and double-minded?

Feeling a call to great things but unsure how to get to where they feel they are supposed to be?

They are missing the process.

Jesus is man as God intended man to be. In today's show, we are going to take a deeper look into the background of Jesus before He launched His public ministry.

To understand the process God uses in our lives, we must understand and examine the process that Jesus submits Himself to in His humanity.

In today's show we look at:

• How old was Jesus when Joseph died, and what would the implications be for him?

• How many brothers and sisters Jesus has, and what was his role in the family?

Did you watch the Superbowl? If you did, you most likely saw 90 seconds of commercials pushing a message about Jesus called “He gets us.” Even if you missed the commercials, you most likely have heard the feedback or fallout, depending on where you get your news.

The goal of the ‘He Gets Us’ marketing campaign is to re-brand Jesus and appeal to groups that feel excluded and repelled by the religious community.

The atheist left is rejecting the ads, and Christians have mixed feedback across the board, ranging from a complete embrace, concerns, and those that are warning of the dangerous implications of these ads. If you watched the ads and want to hear another perspective that this episode is for you.
