Both the Liberals and the Conservatives suggested a few weeks ago that they would try to find ways to work together to advance the issues facing Parliament. We've heard that kind of talk before and nothing has happened, but what about now?  A hint yesterday that maybe, just maybe, there could be progress.  Rob Russo of the Economist and Althia Raj of the Toronto Star  have their thoughts on this week's Reporter's Notebook.
