FLOWERING BEAUTY
How to know what is true and what is not? How to grapple with reality as it exists, and at the same time, see the silver lining that exists within it all?
In this meditation broadcast, Rameen discusses how to fill the space from the inside out.
"Always the question comes back to: 'how do I know what is true and what is not?' and 'how do I grapple with reality as it exists, and at the same time, see the silver lining within it all?'
And the answer is nothing. Do absolutely nothing, for a period of time in your day, and let it sort itself out. Because if we can keep working with the parameter of the fact that really what we are looking at when we look at meditation, is the beauty and profound, expansive qualities that exist within absolutely nothing. And so if we can agree with that, then anything which exists as something, is not needed. This simple injection of information into your ongoing practice, will carry you on, until potentially your last breath. But if we can develop that and begin to manage the sounds which we hear inside, making that space incredibly quiet, then you develop a grounding tool and a protective shield around you, quite literally. Buoyancy can then be retained, and no disruptive information comes towards you, only a flowering beauty that comes from the inside out." - Rameen
