Rhythm - a strong, regular, repeated pattern of movement or sound
Movement - an act of changing physical location or position or of having this changed
Athleticism - the physical qualities that are characteristic of athletes, such as strength, fitness, and agility
Performance - the action or process of carrying out or accomplishing an action, task, or function
Together these core fundamentals represent a different approach to your workouts and getting the most out of your body.
