For S3E10, I look at some comprehensive feedback from a successful Inspector candidate and debrief. This was his 5th attempt, and in the initial part of the podcast I disclose feedback where the individual shares many insights into their eventual success, what was different this time, and how Rank Success was at the heart of that. For S3E9, I'm trying a new format. I've been around the country interviewing Chief Constables and others for their perspectives on police leadership and promotion. In this interview, I turn the questions on myself! I invite my good friend Adrian to ask me questions of interest to police officers and promotion candidates alike, as a new perspective for your CPD.
