The human experience is all the same at it's core: seeking community, love, and belonging. Anyone else feeling the constant battle between living in the "life is short" and "life is long" mindsets? There's room for multiple truths to exist. Being happy with who you are is the ultimate win in life. "The final step is not success, it's significance". You only get answers if you keep going.  

We talk about Amanda's travel growth from spontaneous trips to planned excursions. Hot tip: check the weather of the place you're traveling to before packing. Waiting on other people to take trips with you is overrated. There's strength in knowing your travel style and what you'd like to experience during your solo travels: immersive experience or isolated relaxation. Sometimes driving 12 hours out of your way is worth it for the Utah salt flats. When in doubt, carry bear spray for protection.

I take a solo dive into why growing as an individual can inevitably lead to outgrowing people in your life. It can feel like no longer feeling fulfilled in someone's presence, being indifferent about the relationship, or straight up not wanting to tolerate their bullsh*t anymore. Is the conversation worth having to salvage the relationship or should you fall back and make them feel your absence? Choose people who are consistently choosing you. More importantly, choose yourself over a relationship that no longer serves you. Outgrowing can naturally bring about emotions such as grief, confusion, and hurt. Growth = alignment = attraction of things meant for you!
