Texas has dozens of towns like the ones in this beautiful film, but David McKenzie and Taylor Sheridan brought out what seems like a personal connection through the two bank robbing brothers played by Chris Pine and Ben Foster (his name is said wrong several times in this episode, mainly by Dylon the Pylon.) Listen and understand how their robin hood like crimes peel back the layers of their upbringing and what drove them to the criminal lifestyle. Jeff Brides also gives a career best performance as the sheriff just about to retire before these boys come causing trouble. Another class is in session for the Feature Film Academy so get your boots waxed and horses fed cause its a long road down Hell or High Water.

Terry Gilliam’s comedy masterpiece “Monty Python and The Holy Grail” brings medieval and modern ideologies together in a blend of ridiculousness and absurdity. Directed, produced, and starring Clint Eastwood this movie is one hell of a ride. A Korean war veteran is stubborn in his ignorant and racist views on Asian people until he forms a bond with a boy named Thao after he tries to steal his coveted Gran Torino car. Lured into stealing it by his cousin, nicknamed Spider, Thao eventually works off his debt with Walt, who is played by Clint Eastwood, and he shows Walt the traditions of the Hmong culture and quite possibly turns his views around. Tune in to this week and find out just how bad ass Clint Eastwood is even in old age, and how to not be racist towards anybody. Everyone love everyone. Another class is in session for the Feature Film Academy

Tim Burtons classic “Beetlejuice“ brought out excellent performances with the main star Michael Keaton but also the whole ensemble cast. Alec Baldwin is the nicest he’s ever been in a movie and Gina Davis is as charming as ever… They just happen to be dead and haunting their old house that is being renovated but a bunch of snooty investors and interior designers. Trying everything they can to scare them out of the house to no avail. Now they must rely on the one bio exorcist to help them live in peace. Just don’t say his name three times.
