When the super of the building fails to comply with the stipulation of settlement & curses me out in starting 1/2 way down the block I just simply let him know that I'll see him in court. And that i'm not the nasty one. the overflowing trash that he doesn't keep up with is nasty.

the kindness of strangers can be lifesaving. literally. tonight after a woman fell face first onto the metro-north railroad tracks 4 guys (i think it was four) without any hesitation jumped down onto the tracks to save this woman's life & the first aid that me & this other guy then performed until the cops got there. Despite everything in these fucked up times there are good people in this gritty city that do good things without every being asked or rewarded other than by the good deed itself. KARMA COUNTS.
