  • Dear Kobe | The Dream, The Dash, and The Desire

There are so many emotions I want to express but I want to center around one right now: gratitude. Grateful for what Kobe taught me both growing up and into adulthood.

Kobe was my childhood athlete. Drafted in 1996 and winning his first championship in 2000, those were my prime adolescent years. The 2010 Laker Celtic Championship series will be one I will never forget. His Achilles injury was reminiscent of Tiger's ACL injury. Pure grit to power through. What he gave us after basketball was nothing short of remarkable as well.

Thank you Kobe for everything you gave to not only basketball but to everything you pursued in life. Your dash reads, "Champion, Cleaner, Father, and Icon." Rest easy Mamba and Gigi.

  • Goal Setting for Elite Performance: Campaigns, Operations, and Projects (Ep. 11)

Let's get down to brass tax here: SMART goals are engineered for you to fail. Why? You'll want to listen to this episode to find out why.

More than anything, those who go after what they want in life and don't care about if it's attainable and realistic are the ones we look up to the most. They are also the ones who get there faster than anyone else. If you want to be the best and get there as fast as possible, this episode is for you.

I dive into how I set time-bound goals using 1 year (Campaigns) 3 month (Operations) and around 1 month (Projects) to create and sustain emotional buy-in, create outcomes, and identify key tasks to execute on to get me to where I want to go. I want the same for you.

  • Imposter and Comparison Syndrome, Social Media Growth, and How to Sustain Obsession with Your Purpose | with Charlotte Jones (Ep. 10)

Do you follow someone on Instagram and see them explode from consistent, valuable action and wonder how they did it? Me too so that's why I had on now my friend Charlotte Jones ACE-CPT, PN1. Charlotte has grown her social media following (specifically Instagram) to over 50k followers and did it the right way.

No ass pictures. Just value based on real and tangible advice. We get into a lot of different topics that I know you will find extremely valuable but what I took away the most was that Charlotte's obsession comes from a deep desire to want to help people and help the best way that she can. I vibe 100% on that and if you do, I know you'll enjoy this episode (and apologies in advance for some dog noises in the background but they are adorable so it's okay).
