Caitlin walks us through how two sisters ended up married to two brothers, we read the best comments out loud, and then we read her husband’s ‘official statement.’ Yes, he wrote one and it involves a brisket.

Karsyn Elledge and Caitlin Waltrip are back at it this week for another episode of Rare Breeds, and as always, they’re here for a good time. In honor of the start of Spooky Season, Karsyn, in true Karsyn fashion, gives Caitlin a jump scare that nobody saw coming. After that, they’re diving into their usual favorites, starting off with a Messy Draft. This week has us asking the question – what are some things in a man’s house that instantly earns him brownie points (surprisingly, Fireball wasn’t on the list, but a hairbrush is). Next, they put on their thinking caps and play a few rounds of Feral Feud – where we ask them questions other people have answered and see how many they can get right. In Text Him or Wreck Him, they’re weighing in on a situation that left us all a bit uneasy – but of course Karsyn has her own story involving a shirt, a sleepover, and a DM from a guy’s ex about said shirt – you’ll want to hear this one. They also weigh in on a man commenting on a woman’s drink choice and the response from the guy who was buying. 

Finally, they wrap up with some listener questions on Ask Rare Breeds, and we find out what their perfect autumn day looks like, and of course, Taylor Swift’s new album. This is a fun one so be sure to give it a listen if you need an escape from your busy life. We promise, nothing serious happens on this show!

This week on Rare Breeds Caitlin Waltrip and Karsyn Elledge have a new segment for the show: “One of Us Has to Go.” The rules are simple – they’re given situations and they have to decide between the two of them who would be the one to go. From talking their way out of trouble with the cops to getting past a bouncer at a club, there’s plenty to debate. On this week’s Messy Draft, we’re planning our dream dive bars including our house specialty drinks – spoiler alert – Caitlin’s involves Fireball and…Fireball.

On Text Him or Wreck Him we hear the story of a woman who says her boyfriend of five years still hasn’t said the three magic words – you can already guess if this is a text or wreck. Finally, they’re wrapping things up with Ask Rare Breeds – we already know all about Karsyn’s tattoos but Caitlin’s are a different story – we’re finding out which ones are her favorites and Karsyn wants to know why she doesn’t have a friendship tattoo in her honor.

Karsyn’s in for a birthday surprise on this episode of Rare Breeds and things are going to get rowdy as Caitlin Waltrip and the Dirty Mo Media Crew start things off with a bang! This week Emotional Purse involves a hilarious … and awkward voicemail message which you’ll just have to hear to understand. Karsyn tells the story of how she almost (but didn’t) run out on a $300 bar tab – she’s blaming the espresso martinis.

This week’s Messy Draft has us asking the question “what should require a license…but doesn’t?” and Feral Feud has the Rare Breeds Crew asking themselves “What would I do if I woke up to find a T-rex in my yard?" If you’re a T-rex and find yourself in Caitlin’s yard – RUN.

On “Text Him or Wreck Him” they get into one person’s awkward realization that she was a third party in an open relationship. Finally, on Ask Rare Breeds we find out what the perfect birthday looks like for Caitlin and Karsyn.
