Welcome back to RATED E FOR ERIKA - all things BODY, BIZ AND BEDROOM.  As many of you know, I myself live with Type 1 Diabetes and I  wanted to showcase the journey of pregnancy for those nervous about going on it themselves! I am joined by my amazing friend and client Emily Kirby to help bring confidence and support to the topic! 

Emily is a T1D coach for folks who want to prepare for and have healthy pregnancies &/or postpartum as Type 1 Diabetics. She has worked with over 50 clients through 1:1 & group coaching to support them with their diabetes management. Emily created her signature program, T1D University, to help T1D women by giving them the support, education & community that is lacking yet so needed for T1D folks who are or want to become parents. She focuses on many aspects of diabetes that are often overlooked, like mindset, and incorporates a holistic approach to managing this disease as us being the one in charge, not our diabetes.

 

Emily has been living with T1D for over 18 years, has two kids of her own, is married to her husband Jonathan & lives in Maine!

Welcome back to Rated E for Erika - all things confidence and sexuality.  Joining me today is a special guest by the name of Aria Todd (She/Her). 

Aria, hair & clothing specialist, started coaching with me back in 2020 at the age of 20 - making her my youngest 1:1 client I have worked with. Aria is also a Type 1 Diabetic & has been living with this disability for 14 years.
