I’ve noticed in my own life I’ve often rationalized my way out of that assistance simply because it didn’t show up in the way I thought it should. On this week’s episode, I share some insights on rationalization in my own life, and how if I chose to believe those rationalizations, I would have held myself back from experiences that helped me to learn so much about myself and grow. I share some tips on how to determine if we are using rationalizations to help us or hinder us and what you can do about it.
