Over the past 25 years many of my clients around the world came to a private session or to my classes saying “help, I don’t know what I want!”

Do you feel that way too?

Maybe you lived your life up until the last few years of making everybody else and their realities your priority. Your boss, your kids, your family relationship, in everyday life you were doing for others and making other people's needs a priority.

When I got to that realization about myself doing that, which really was I was not living the life, the way I knew it was actually possible, or in a way that brought me joy, or in a way that made me wake up with a spring in my step.

I got to the place of asking me “how did I make this life, that I now dislike, so good in my mind?” And I became aware of the choice of change.

Get pen and paper, I’ll give you some questions you can ask and some exercises to start realizing what is it that you truly desire for your life.

I have survived a week with my mother and my aunt! Why is this so important?

30 years ago, I left New York. I knew I was probably not going back and I knew that I had to let go of everything and everyone I knew, including my family in order to remove myself from what I would call toxicity.

With this very Raw and Real episode I hope to be an inspiration to be congruent with you and the life you would like to live. You know, I've got a family, just like you. I used to get driven crazy by family, just like you. I lived the drama, just like you. Not anymore. I pivoted and I changed the narrative. And you can do it too.
