This week I'm joined by mum style influencer, content creator, and all-round boss woman Emma. Not just the face behind the Insta account @themumway, Emma is also a mum of three little legends and is trying to find the balance just like the rest of us.
In part 1 of my chat with Emma, we dive deep into:
Emma was such a joy to chat to that there's a part 2 to our conversation, that will be dropping next week. In that chat, I drill her on how to find your style postpartum and why that's just so important on the quest to getting our pink back.
Rate, review, comment, like. DO ALL THE THINGS! XOXO
Guys, I've done it. I've managed to convince (coerce) my husband and baby daddy Jim to join me on the pod. And, to kick things off in style, I asked YOU to send me in your questions just for HIM! I got so many, I had to actually pick and choose a select few!!
In this episode, we cover:
I'm biased, of course, but I think Jim was pretty bloody insightful and interesting. A legend, perhaps?
Be sure to follow the pod and leave me a review. I want to know what you think!
And, don't you DARE ask me for the sunscreen content.
Mums of multiples have always left me in awe. Honestly, whenever I think I'm having a hard time juggling it all, I think about the mums with double, triple or quadruple the trouble. In this episode, I am joined by one such superhero, mum of 3 (3-year-old boy, Mason, and 1-year-old twin girls, Ivy and Lily) Tamara Jones.
Tamara's journey to motherhood seemed to all be smooth sailing until she was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia in her third trimester. What started as a bit of swelling quickly turned into a late night rush to hospital and emergency Caesarean delivery at 35 weeks. Then, a couple of years down the track, at her first scan with her second pregnancy - and planned second child - Tamara got the shock of her life: there were two babies in there.
In this episode, we cover:
Plus, we chat about the unique position of being both the 'biter' and 'bitee's' mother at day care. #twinlife

Also, don't forget to send me your win and whinges on Insta!
CW: this episode contains discussions of postnatal depression, suicide, and drug use.
In this episode, I am joined by mum-of-2 Kiera Hopkins.
Kiera always dreamed of being a mum. After meeting her soulmate at 16, she always knew the goal was to settle down and have a family of her own.
Then, her first baby came along when she was 24 - and things were amazing. Motherhood was everything Kiera expected. That was, until she fell pregnant with her second child, and things started to feel off.
All the good feelings Kiera had with her first baby were nowhere to be seen.
It wasn't until her husband sat her down, nearly a year later, that Kiera realised just how bad things had become.
In this episode, we cover:
This one is a little heavy, but oh, so important.
Listen with care, but do listen.
You can follow Kiera's Instagram here.
And, if you're struggling remember there's always help.
In Australia, immediate support for postnatal depression is available through PANDA (1300 726 306), Beyond Blue (1300 22 4636), and Lifeline (13 11 14). Use them - you deserve to feel happy.
All my love. x
Niki chats is BACK! Where I sit down with my mum bestie to have a chat about what's on my mind and take a little breather.
Let's hope she can keep me on track to rediscovering my identity, hey? If not, at least we'll have a great time wasting time!
In this episode, we cover:
Plus, a WHOLE lot of babble in between.
In this ep I mention Call Her Daddy's ep with Michelle Obama. Can recommend for a listen after this.
Be sure to FOLLOW THE POD AND SEND IT TO A MUM FRIEND IN THE TRENCHES!
Enjoy! x
The day has come, people. We've got a celeb on the pod (and she's got the blue tick to prove it). In this episode, I am joined by food writer and deep thinker Sonya Gellert.
Before becoming a mum, Sonya travelled the world reviewing some of the fanciest hotels and restaurants you could ever imagine. She's worked for Escape Magazine, Vogue Living, Taste, and Delicious (just to name a few).
So, when her first baby came 2 months early, Sonya's life was turned upside down in the most jarring way imaginable. Motherhood wasn't what she expected, at all. 6 years down the track, Sonya has reclaimed her pink and along the way has learnt some really cool stuff. Some of which she is kind enough to share with me.
In this episode, we cover:
Plus, we chat about how the hell Sonya has just finished writing her first novel: "I started with 20 words and now there's 86000".
This one is a ripper.
Enjoy! x
Peer support worker, postpartum doula, mum, and bright pink flamingo 🦩 , Sarah Purins, joins me this week to chat all things matrescence.
In this episode, we cover:
Plus, we chat about how losing our identity postpartum can catch us all off guard.
Enjoy! x

Wow, first ever podcast episode. Here we go.
In this episode, you'll meet me: Cassie. I'm a mum-of-two who is feeling a bit lost. Okay, a lot lost. In fact, I'm having a bit of an identity crisis. After having kids, I'm not too sure who I am anymore, and after meeting so many incredible mums going through similar stuff (via my mum group business, Big Little Wins), I thought why not share my journey to reclaiming my identity and invite you all along for the ride.
In this episode, I discuss:
So, let's get our pink back together, hey?
