  • ReadA Book Podcast- Josh Hortinela Chat

What did you think? Lets chat!

Josh is one of my insta buddies and a bookseller at Dymocks George St. I love his feed and book recommendations and had been wanted to meet him for ages, when the opportunity came up to interview him for ReadA Book I jumped at it! And he's just as delightful as I thought he would be! As a book lover its just so interesting to talk with other bookies and to see how they have been able to build careers out of books.. and I was not disappointed in this conversation! Loved it

  • ReadABook Podcast- HappyValley BooksRead

What did you think? Lets chat!

When I sat down to revamp my life and create a career for myself that still had books in it I made a list of all the people who are lucky enough to work with books... I'm always wanting to know how other people do it and all the different ways they do...surely I'm not the only one that finds it interesting and it's such a good opportunity to be able to chat with my idols! So I'm adding that string to my podcast repertoire!  Such a pleasure sitting and chatting with Craig and Phil! They're so insightful and knowledgeable about the book industry

  • ReadABook Podcast- Greg Woodland The Carnival is Over

What did you think? Lets chat!

What a treat it was to get to talk with Greg Woodland. I'm only really new to thrillers (too much of a baby) but I very much enjoyed The Night Whistler and was delighted to see a new novel set in the same town with Mick and Hal returning to solve another crime in Moorabool. This novel is just as creepy without causing you nightmares as the first. I really think it has such a strong sense of time and place, you know exactly where you are and are so caught up in these sudden deaths you are right beside the characters as they work out what has happened...thank you for listening!

What did you think? Lets chat!

This was a great conversation that I got to have with Stephanie Parkyn late last year. It was stupid of me not to release it until now. She is wonderful, interesting and so engaging. I loved this chat, I just got 'too busy'... ridiculous! I loved The Freedom of Birds, its a historical fiction that follows a group of storytellers as they travel through France, and what we know as Germany through the fall of Napoleon's empire... I found it captivating and couldn't put it down! Just loved it x
