Leeds climbed to 2nd with a narrow win against Reading and needed a late penalty save to hang on to all three points.

The result left the Royals in 20th place, with goal difference the only thing keeping them outside the relegation zone.

An 84th-minute header from Yakou Meite gave Reading a draw with Ipswich, after the visitors had led for the majority of the game.
