Rosalind Penfound is the Chair of the Nova Scotia Advisory Board and the Chair of the Education Standard Development Committee. She reacts to provincial changes to the Municipal Government Act to give all municipalities the right to grant money to businesses in their community. This is to assist them with meeting the goal of becoming accessible by 2030.
