Rayna Neises is a city girl turned farm wife, grandmother to 7, and mom to 3 adorable dogs.

Rayna is a former teacher and small business owner. She is now a certified coach accredited by the International Coach Federation. Rayna focuses on coaching professional Christian women who are caring for their aging parents. She is also a dementia educator and hosts the A Season of Caring Podcast. She wrote the book "No Regrets: Hope for Your Caregiving Season". Rayna is dedicated to supporting caregivers and ensuring that both they and their parent are seen, not ignored, and well taken care of, not neglected.

Rayna actively serves as a Community Educator for the Alzheimer's Association. She leads the weekly Nourish for Caregivers national faith-based support group and works as the Nourish Program Coordinator for the Catholic Diocese of Wichita.

 Kimberly started taking piano lessons at a young age, always

enjoyed music, sang in choirs during junior high and high school, and performed in Performance Arts

Choir Competitions in Charlotte, NC. Kimberly participated in many piano recitals for 8 years and

college piano performances for 2 years. Kimberly finished college at Barton College of Wilson, NC with a

Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 2012, with a Minor in Music. Kimberly taught

piano lessons for almost 8 years and has successfully taught students from beginner to

advanced learners. Kimberly has been writing music lyrics since 2014-present and has written over 20

songs, with 8 of them fully recorded in studios. She now spends all of her time concentrating on

songwriting, with plans to start a band by the fall of 2022.

The first 7 songs include these song titles: “ Every Moment”, “It Was Insanity”, “Letting Go”, “Just Want

to Be Free”, “Christmas in Berne”, “Because I Did”, and the latest release of “Going to be Okay”, a

country-gospel song, co-written with Levi Coby. Kimberly writes multi-genre music, starting out mostly

as Americana music, especially faith-based songs, to bring inspiration for healing for many people. Her

music fans compliment her on “beautiful and meaningful lyrics”, and “writing from the heart”. Kimberly is

now crossing over into Country-Gospel music in 2022 and has more new music coming this fall. She has

enjoyed working with music producers from North Carolina, to Atlantic Coast Recording Studio of North

Myrtle Beach, SC, and 3 songs recorded with Hansford Collins studio of Marion, Virginia, with the latest

recordings with Mess to a Message Studio of Sparta, TN.

My story is one of overcoming a tremendous amount of adversity caused by loss of identity and sexual trauma. I was a victim of Stockholm Syndrome which caused me to take on the identity of the man who raped me at age 16 and marry him two weeks after I turned 18 in 1976. 

I had three sons and two daughters with him. As of September 2023 none of them talk to me. The pain and suffering caused me to go into a state of muteness for five years. Then, I made a decision to rise above this tragic story and to help others affected by the epidemic of estrangement.

Estrangement, in fact, is a reality faced by far too many parents. They find themselves suddenly cut off from the children they spent years raising at great cost to themselves. All of the traditional expectations that go with the parent-child relationship have flown out the window these days. 

I have taken my experience and created the Black Stallions Coaching Program with the goal to transform society by making individuals united inside themselves in every aspect of their life: emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, behaviorally, and energetically. 

Emotions are an underutilized resource. The Black Stallions program aims to generate a new relationship with yourself. Through guided meditations, skilled teachers, creative ideas, you are going to learn who you really are and what you are doing here on this Planet.
Goal of the Black Stallions Coaching Program: To inspire and motivate men and women to understand themselves emotionally through the Theory of Horse Energy:
