Steven Feinberg is the Executive Director of the Rhode Island Film & Television Office, and has led the office for the past 20 years. He's known for bringing major productions to Rhode Island and for his work on the film "Pell". He also created a transferrable film tax credit that has attracted many big-budget films to the state. 

He joins Bill Bartholomew to discuss the production of "Real Housewives of Rhode Island" and other film and TV projects.
